Tre giganti della scena mondiale, attivamente insieme da anni, danno origine ad un lavoro di eccezionale caratura artistica fondendo in maniera superba tutto il loro mondo, il loro stile e le differenti ispirazioni. L’italianissima Rita Marcotulli, vale a uno dei portacolori del jazz pianistico italiano per non dire mondiale al femminile, con tutta la sua componente mediterranea ed il suo stile unico, il contrabbassista Palle Danielsson, considerato uno dei migliori contrabbassisti mai apparsi sulla scena mondiale nelle ultime decadi, Peter Erskine, batterista entrato nella leggenda per la sua militanza negli Weather Report e da molti considerato mito vivente delle arti percussive. Metteteci dentro una storia di collaborazione che nel tempo si è consolidata e finalmente è approdata a questo disco, live in Genova, che testimonia una qualità artistica e compositiva elevatissima, come non si sentiva da tempo.
