Ogni stazione rappresenta una sorpresa e descrive sensazioni, aspettative, memorie, incroci di gente e di emozioni.
\nClaudio Fasoli, monumento della musica italiana delle ultime decadi, ci sorprende ogni volta regalandoci nuove idee e progetti, animato da una indomita volont\u00e0 di esprimere musica sempre di altissimo profilo artistico. Una capacit\u00e0 unica di rigenerarsi adattandosi al corso degli eventi nel mondo ed al loro fluire incessante, di saper filtrare ed elaborare con la propria straordinaria sensibilit\u00e0 musicale ci\u00f2 che ci ci circonda, riversando tutto e scrivendo pagine di musica tra le pi\u00f9 significative del panorama non solo italiano.
\n\u00c8 inutile divagare ricordando le sue innumerevoli partecipazioni ad importanti progetti nazionali e non. Ci basti ricordare le sue collaborazioni storiche con Henri Texier, Lee Konitz, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Jenny Clark, Aldo Romano, Kenny Wheeler, Manfred Schoof, Palle Danielsson, Bobo Stenson, Tony Oxley, Bill Elgart, Mick Goodrick. Per non dimenticare della sua partecipazione come cofondatore allo storico gruppo italiano \u201c Perigeo\u201d.
\nDopo una lunga serie di produzioni discografiche di carattere prettamente acustico, alla testa sia del Gammatrio che dell\u2019 Emerald quartet, Claudio Fasoli, con il suo nuovo progetto C.F.FOUR, \u00e8 ritornato all’impiego di strumenti elettroacustici, in particolare della chitarra, come gi\u00e0 aveva fatto molti anni prima, e a lungo, col chitarrista Mick Goodrick.
\nInoltre, per convalidare questa cifra timbrica e saturarne certi aspetti espressivi, il compito del batterista Gianni Bertoncini si \u00e8 rivelato fondamentale, grazie alla proficua ed attenta gestione di un ampio universo elettronico, riuscendo ad aderire perfettamente alla visione compositiva e sonora indicata dal leader.
\n\u201cLondon Tube\u201d \u00e8 caratterizzato a volte da imprevedibili sommovimenti timbrici, da ripetitivit\u00e0 e ridondanze a volte esasperate ed al contempo altamente espressive, in altri casi invece da proposte acustiche di alta poesia e toccante interiorit\u00e0.
\nIl patrimonio armonico di queste composizioni, assai asimmetrico e sofisticato, sembra
\npoler alludere al magistero di grandi compositori contemporanei come Kenny Wheeler e Wayne Shorter quanto a libert\u00e0 e amore del rischio. La vena compositiva potente ed ormai consolidata dell\u2019autore, si riconosce e contraddistingue per la sua forte ed originale cantabilit\u00e0 e linearit\u00e0.

The songs are inspired by a series of stops on the London Underground, hence the title “London Tube”. Each station is a surprise and describing feelings, expectations, memories, intersections of people and emotions.
\nClaudio Fasoli represent a monument of Italian music of the past few decades. He is able to surprise us every time with new ideas and projects, thanks to an indomitable will to express music at the highest artistic profile. A unique ability to regenerate himself adapting to the course of events and to their incessant flow. Fasoli, thanks to his extraordinary musical sensitivity, is able to filter and process what surrounds us, pouring his emotions writing pages of music among the most significant of the landscape not only Italian.
\nRecalling some of his numerous participations in important national and international projects and not : Henri Texier, Lee Konitz, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Jenny Clark, Aldo Romano, Kenny Wheeler, Manfred Schoof, Palle Danielsson, Bobo Stenson, Tony Oxley, Bill Elgart, Mick Goodrick. Not to forget his involvement as co-founder of the historic Italian group “PERIGEO”.<\/p>\n
After a long series of recording sessions with a purely acoustic instruments , at the head both of the Gammatrio that of the ‘Emerald quartet, Claudio Fasoli, with his new project by C.F. FOUR, comes back to the use of electro-acoustic instruments, especially guitar, as already had done many years before, and along with guitarist Mick Goodrick.<\/p>\n
Moreover, to validate this stylistic figure and timbre and in order to saturate certain expressive aspects, the task of drummer Gianni Bertoncini was crucial, thanks to the fruitful and careful management of a large electronic world, in observance to the vision of composition and sound indicated by the leader.
\n“London Tube” is sometimes characterized by upheavals of time and timbre. Sometime appears as repetitive and redundant in a exasperated way and, at the same time, with an highly expressiveness. In other cases you can find acoustic songs of high poetry and touching interiority.<\/p>\n
The asymmetrical and very sophisticated harmonic platform seems allude to the teaching of the great contemporary composers such as Kenny Wheeler and Wayne Shorter, both for sense of freedom that for love of risk.
\nThe powerful and well-established compositional vein of the author, is recognizable and characterized by its strong lyricism and linearity, always original.
