Evidenti le influenze math-rock e i riferimenti alla scena jazzistica newyorkese d’avanguardia. Un fulgido esempio del vitale e fluido panorama Jazzistico italiano, che sa rinnovarsi e stupire. Repertorio originale e due cover (Pink Floyd e Massive Attack)\"\"Ubik Trio, offers a surprising album, a luminous synthesis of research and studies conducted in search of an original sound resulting magmatic, dense and at the same time harmonious and solar. It strikes above all the rhythmic and harmonic size, unusual and certainly followed by a clear stylistic choice that favors unusual rhythmic scans, odd rhythms. In their music you can find the math-rock influences and references to the avant-garde New York jazz scene. Ubik trio is a brilliant example of the vibrant and fluid Italian jazz scene, which is renewed and amazed.
