The two co-leaders are among the greatest recent expressions of Italian jazz. The first, a refined pianist, with his volcanic nature and a not indifferent artistic freshness, a strong aesthetic identity that, starting from a deep knowledge of tradition, develops with arrangement ideas that qualify him as one of the most interesting realities of the last period. Massimiliano Coclite, one of the most beautiful male voices ever to have appeared on the Italian scene, endowed with a sensational expressive intensity. A support rhythm with the same characteristics: technique, interplay, freshness and modernity. A touching record, capable of stirring up sweet emotions. Very fine and highly original arrangements. A record that sounds soft and direct resulting in great pleasure, while proposing compelling and never predictable ideas. a repertoire that ranges from a selection of songs by Rodgers and Hart to “goodbye” by Bindi, from a moving version of “here, there and everywhere” by the award-winning company Lennon McCartney to “eu sei que vou te amar” by Jobin, from “Funny man” by Bill Evans, ending with “Smile” by Charlie Chaplin.<\/span><\/p>\n
