Tra le sue collaborazioni : Paolo Conte, Billy Cobham, Jimmy Cobb, Toninho Horta, Aldo Romano, Marcio Montarroyos, Shawnn Monteiro, Gary Husband, Enrico Rava, Daniel Humair, Flavio Boltro, Adrienne West, Dado Moroni, Franco Cerri, Albert “tootie” Heath , Paolo Fresu…This new project, the fifth for Abeat, sees Alessio Menconi protagonist of a remarkable reinterpretation of songs belonging to the repertoire of Duke Ellington and Billie Strayhorn, assisted in this operation by two accomplished musicians of the Italian scene: Alberto Gurrisi on hammond and Alessandro Minetto on drums.
